Rain Stops Play On East African Classic Safari

Torrential rain and flash flooding has caused today’s leg of the East African Classic Safari to be cancelled.

“It’s 100% the correct decision was eventually reached, but to us it was a no brainer,” said Osian. “Cars will cope with water but nobody or nothing will withstand a flash flood.

“Everything will resume tomorrow, when we head towards Tanga on the coast of Tanzania.”
